Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs 

Gartner released its 2012 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for Communications Service Providers in November 2012.


The report rates solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging,
pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation,
self-service, analytics and other functions.

In the report, Gartner analyzed and highlighted Redknee based on its broad product portfolio that incorporates all of the Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) components. Redknee’s pre-integrated converged billing and customer care solution enables CSPs with an out-of-the-box, end-to-end solution that addresses activation and provisioning, real-time billing, rating, invoicing, partner and channel management, and full customer care capabilities. Gartner also highlighted Redknee’s flexibility to deliver its solutions on-premise or cloud-based, including a fully hosted and managed SaaS offering.
